If you’re expecting someone to come along and fix what needs fixing in your life, you’re in for a long wait.
The change you need/want is up to you.
Other people can support, and advise, and cheer you on, but you’re the one in charge. The one who has to start.
You have to pack your bag, hope for the best, and start the journey with a tentative baby step.
You have to commit to quieting your lizard brain and overcoming the resistance that’s holding you back. It’ll be scary, but you can do it.
You don’t have to start today (timing is important), but life is short–you owe it to yourself to start soon.
