Comparing Piaget And Vygotsky

Revised | Originally Published: February 11, 2020 @ 2:02 pm

Here’s a free handout comparing Piaget and Vygotsky. Jean Piaget and Lev Vygotsky were both constructivist theorists and thought children were active learners who organize new information with existing knowledge, but their views were not always in sync.

Spell checking would be advised, for something of this nature to be shared.

I apologize. Let me know where you’re seeing a mistake and I’ll fix it. My spell checker didn’t show any errors and none of the thousands of people that have viewed the document over the last year has mentioned an error. Your keen eye is appreciated. 🙂

Sure; besides all sections being full sentences except for those in “Cognitive Development,” which would sound better if they followed similar format, I noticed these errors:
“Education plays a central roll” — role.
        “Learn is solitary.”

Interesting information on this site; keep up the good work!
