What Is Child Care?
Child Care is a generic term describing the care or supervision of another’s child1, especially while the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) is/are working2 or attending school.
It may take place in a variety of locations and formats, the arrangements may be formal or informal, and the care settings may or may not be regulated. 3 In addition, Child Care arrangements may or may not include a formal educational component.
