What Is Child Care?

Child Care is a generic term describing the care or supervision of another’s child while parents are working or attending school.

It may occur in various locations and formats, the arrangements may be formal or informal, and the care settings may or may not be regulated. In addition, Child Care arrangements may or may not include a formal educational component.
