Sorting Trays

Sorting trays are loose parts that can be used for sorting and organizing loose parts like corks, jug and bottle lids, buttons, shells, beads, coins, rubber bands, and so much more. Sorting builds visual discrimination, hand-eye coordination, and visual tracking skills. And kids tend to go through stages where they are interested in organizing and positioning objects. Just plop a sorting tray down in your early learning setting and see how kids make use of it.
