Refrigerator Parts

As the old saying goes, “When life gives you a dead refrigerator, make loose refrigerator parts.” Wait, that’s not the saying…it’s something to do with lemons…but let’s get back on topic. A busted refrigerator is a loose part gold mine if you’ve got a bit of time and a few tools. I had the assistance of a curious Husky pup while salvaging the gems shown here, but it would have been much more fun with a willing bunch of preschoolers. Remember, collecting and salvaging loose parts can be as much fun, and as educational, for kids as playing with them.
