Clothespins

Clothespins (aka clothes pegs) are great for hanging out the wash and as loose parts in early learning settings. Available in different styles and materials, kids will come up with lots of innovative ways to use them. For example, we once saw a preschooler spend nearly an hour clamping clothespins on to the backside of his buddy because the buddy wanted to be an evil porcupine in the play scenario they were planning.
