Unfortunately, children who don’t read body language well are often pulled out of physical activities rather than supported in this play. When a child is learning to read, we don’t take books away from the kids who have a harder time reading. The same should be true for the children who have a hard time reading body language. They need more practice with this vital skill, not less.
