The children who just won’t sit still are reminding us that all children should be moving. We have chosen to ignore this and instead tried to change them. We want them to be more like us. Adults have chosen lifestyles that are frequently sedentary, much to the detriment of our own health. Our society is starting to recognize that adults need to get up and move around. Maybe instead of trying to make the children more like us, we need to be more like them.
