Binder Clips

When used as loose parts, binder clips help build finger strength and control, and support exploration of many play schemas, including scattering, connecting, positioning, transporting, and trajectory. They also do a great job securing DIY superhero capes.

Will kids attach them to their fingers and earlobes? It’s likely. It’s a chance to practice being uncomfortable, explore a unique tactile sensation, and playfully test their pain tolerance—all useful learning experiences.
