Thank you so much. You both are brilliant and lovely. Regarding staff relationships, in my own setting, it’s absolutely necessary given the very intimate nature of the setting. (only 3 employees in pretty tight quarters)…and given the emotional intensity and challenges of the job, everyone will at some point become triggered. Given the amount of self awareness and emotional energy required, the workplace being a safe place is absolutely imperative.
